Indian Rupee rises 4 paise against USD
Mumbai/UNI: The Rupee on Tuesday rose marginally by four paise to 72.92 against the US Dollar on the selling of US Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Forex Market said.
The local unit that slipped by 19 paise to 73.15 in the opening session, erased earlier losses and finished positive at 72.92, up by four paise as compared to its last close.
The Rupee registered days high and low at 73.20 and 72.89 respectively.
The domestic was seen strong on the weak dollar against other world currencies amid a strong equity market, they added.
