Indian Rupee opens strong at 76.17 against USD
Mumbai/UNI: Rupee on Monday rallied by 28 paise to 76.17 against the US dollar in early trade on the selling of US dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at Forex Market said.
Sliding by 38 paise in the previous session, the local unit bounced back on the weak dollar against other world currencies along with rebounding equity market in opening trade.
The domestic unit registered intraday high and low at 76.48 and 76.15 respectively.
