Mumbai, Nov 10 (IBNS): Tech giant Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has named Ishaat Hussain as its interim chairman, reports said.

Hussain, a trusted aide of Ratan Tata, replaced Cyrus Mistry, who was ousted as the chairman of Tata Sons by the company.

"Mistry has ceased to be the chairman of the board of directors of the company, and Hussain is the new Chairman of the company.

"The company has been further informed that Hussain shall hold office as chairman of the company until a new chairman is appointed," the company said in one of it's filings.
