Reliance Jio to roll out its full fledged 4G services today

Mumbai, Sept 5 (IBNS): In a major development in the telecom sector, Reliance Jio will roll out its full fledged 4G services in India from Monday.

The service will now be open to all smartphone smartphone brands.


During the trial period, only few users were allowed to use the network.

After getting a Jio sim, people can enjoy all its services for free till Dec 31.

Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (Jio) on Thursday had announced the launch of its digital services with Jio Welcome Offer which will be effective from Sept 5.

As part of the Jio Welcome Offer, users will have access to unlimited LTE data and national voice, video and messaging services along with the full bouquet of Jioapplications and content, free of cost up to Dec 31.

The company on Thursday filed its tariff plans with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).

The announcement was made by Chairman of Reliance Industries Limited Mukesh D. Ambani, at the Annual General Meeting of RIL.
