SBI extends chairperson Arundhati Bhattacharya's term by one year

Mumbai, Oct 1 (IBNS): State Bank of India has extended its chairperson Arundhati Bhattacharya's term by one year, media reports said.

She was appointed to the post for three years on Oct 7, 2013.

“I am grateful to the government for giving me some more time to take forward the initiatives that I have taken,” Bhattacharya told The Hindu.
