Tata Hexa launched in West Bengal at Rs 12.54 lakh
The new Tata Hexa has a 2.2-litre VARICOR diesel engine and it comes in six variants - three each in manual and automatic with a fuel efficiency of 14.4 kmpl.
The successor of Aria, the Hexa also features the new Impact Design theme crafted by the company. This is the companies second car to makes use of the new design theme after the Tiago.
With a bold design, created by Tata Motors Design studios in Britain, Italy and India and competitive price the vehicle is all set to compete with other market leaders like the Mahindra XUV 500, Toyota Innova way to make it look younger than its predecessor Aria
The company has introduced few features and technologies that are being used for the very first time in a Tata vehicle like the Super Drive Modes, which includes Auto, Comfort, Dynamic, Rough Road for enhanced ride comfort and stability over different terrains.
Present at the launch, S. N. Barman, Vice President Sales, Passenger Vehicle Business Unit, Tata Motors said: “The Hexa combines tremendous performance and refinement as well as luxury and comfort. Targeted at customers with an active and dynamic lifestyle, the Hexa will chart a new course for Tata Motors in the passenger vehicle segment. Committed to focusing on the enhancement of dealer network for sales and service, with the Hexa we will further enhance our customers purchase experience and levels of engagement, while constantly upgrading the delight quotient.”
The vehicle comes with a list of safety features such as ABS with Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD), airbags, electronic stability programme with rollover mitigation, Hill Hold and Hill Decent control, cruise control, airbags.
The Hexa is equipped with new-gen ConnectNext infotainment system, with ergonomically-placed 5-inch colour touch screen paired designed by Harman paired with 10-speaker JBL.
The Tata Hexa will be available in 5 colours which are the Arizona Blue, Tungsten Silver, Pearl White, Sky Grey and Platinum Silver.
