Coal production from captive & commercial blocks jumps 58 pc in Apr-Aug FY23

New Delhi: Coal production during April-August (FY23) stood at 43.93 million ton, 57.74 percent higher than 27.85 million ton produced during the same period the previous year, the Ministry of Coal said Tuesday.
