Bihar registers 749 new Covid-19 cases

Patna/UNI:  With 749 new cases, including 235 in Patna alone, the coronavirus tally increased to 13274 in Bihar so far.

Health department sources said here today that of the new cases maximum number of positive cases were found in Patna where 235 new cases have been reported taking it's tally to 1349.

Patna is followed by Begusarai with 67 cases, Gopalganj 61, Bhagalpur 50, Nawada 36, Munger 24, Purnea 22, Siwan 20, Jehanabad 18, Madhubani and Muzaffarpur 17, Gaya 15, Buxar and Khagaria 14 each, Madhepura and Supaul 13 each, Arwal 12, Lakhisarai 10, Araria, Darbhanga, East Champaran, Kishanganj and Sheikhpura 8 each, Aurangabad and Rohtas 7 each, Jamui and Kaimur 6 each, Banka and Saharsa 5 each, Nalanda and Vaishali 3 each, Bhojpur, Samastipur and Sheohar 2 each and West Champaran 1.

Infection trail of these cases were being ascertained.
