India registers 13,203 new COVID-19 cases in past 24 hours

New Delhi: India reported 13,203 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, taking the number of cases registered in the country to 1,06,67,736.

The death toll due to the highly infectious disease also reached 1,53,470 after registering 131 new deaths.

So far, 10330084 people have been discharged from hospital after treatment.

There are 184182 active cases in the country at present.

16,15,504  people have been vaccinated in the country so far.  

India had launched its vaccination drive on Jan 16.
