India registers 3,06,064 new COVID-19 cases, positivity rate touches 20.75 percent

New Delhi: India registered 3,06,064 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, marking a slight dip in daily count, as per data released by the Ministry of Health on Monday.

During the same period, 439 people died due to the virus.

The daily positivity rate jumped to 20.75 percent.

India's active caseload currently stands at 22,49,335.

Active cases stand at 5.69 percent.

Recovery rate currently stands at 93.07 percent.

2,43,495 recoveries were registered in the last 24 hours.
