India registers 3,17,532 new COVID-19 cases, daily positivity rate touches 16.41 percent
New Delhi: India registered a significant spike in COVID-19 cases as 3,17,532 new instances were recorded in the past 24 hours, as per data released by the Ministry of Health on Thursday.
The total Omicron cases registered in the country now stands at 9,287.

The daily positivity rate of the country now stands at 16.41 percent.
In the past 24 hours, 491 people died due to the deadly virus.
India's Active caseload currently stands at 19,24,051.
Active cases stand at 5.03 percent.
Recovery Rate currently at 93.69 percent.
