Jammu and Kashmir: Cloudburst leave over 100 sheep, goats dead in Tral

Srinagar, Jul 27 (UNI) More than 100 sheep and goats were killed due to cloudburst in the upper heights of Tral in Pulwama district of south Kashmir, official sources said on Saturday.

They said cloudburst hit Bayri Aangan forest area in Tral in Pulwama late Friday night resulting in their on the spot death.

A team of Animal and Husbandry department has been rushed to treat the animals injured in the incident.

However, there was no report of any loss to human life.
