Maharashtra and COVID-19: Five more cases registered in Nashik

Among them, four are female patients while one is a male patient.

According to administrative official press note, two days ago in a household surveillance, six patients were suspected to be Corona affected. The throat swab sample of the six suspects was send for testing in Dhule lab. Today in the evening, the report of tested sample were received from which 5 sample are received positive while 1 report is negative.

The newly 5 corona detected patient includes 4 female and 1 male patient. The five patients have been admitted in the isolation ward of Malgeoan Municipal Corporation Hospital. The newly detected 5 corona patients are the relatives of the previously corona infected persons.

Meanwhile the total number of Corona positive patient have rise to 41 in the district. In Nashik City four patients are under treatment in District Civil hospital and one in Dr. Zakir Husaain Municipal Corporation hospital while 1 patient who was the first corona detected case in the district have been recovered and has been discharged today from District Civil hospital.

In Malegaon city till date total 38 patient were detected Corona infected from which 19 patient are under treatment in General Hospital of Malegaon and 16 patient are under treatment in Malgeoan Municipal Corporation Hospital while one person was died on 9th April while undergoing treatment in General Hospital of Malegaon.

Till today, 649 suspects samples of Corona suspects have been send for testing from the district amongst which 41 sample have been detected positive while 471 samples are received negative and 137 sample report are still awaited.
