BCC&I gives Jaitley 6/10 for Union Budget 2016-17
"This budget in consideration of the global negative outlook has focused on fiscal consolidation as against an aggressive growth outlook," a BCC&I statement said.
"It may propel an agri based domestic growth and is an attempt to insulate the Indian economy against Global Economic fluctuations," it said.
Jaitley on Monday presented the Union Budget 2016 focusing on rural development and farm and social sector along with infrastructure with analysts terming it a pro-poor, pro-agriculture move that throws a challenge to the government to implement in reality.
