High-rises change the definition of modern lifestyle

"The outlook of a high-rise building is the most important thing, not its comfort level. Why, you may ask. Why am I buying a residential apartment in a high-rise building if I can be comfortable in any other mini housing projects? "Look around the city, you can hardly find green patches or open spaces. If a housing project, provides me a building with green patches latched into the project itself and breathable space without compromising the size of the apartment, isn't it obvious I'll think about it twice," Banerjee added.

One of the most expensive, yet innovative, system that is used in the construction of the high-rise projects is the 'Aluminium Formwork System'. This system ensures that the towers have a monolithic and earthquake resistent 'Reinforced Cement concrete' (RCC) structure.

In a construction like that, there is no requirement of further brick work or plastering work. It ultimately increases the room size as there are no beams and columns trying to hold the superstructure together.
