Indian market closes flat on Wednesday
Mumbai, May 2 (IBNS): Key Indian benchmark indices ended flat on Wednesday with BSE Sensex up 16.06 points at 35,176.42 and NSE Nifty up 21.40 points at 10,718.
The market chose to remain cautious ahead of the Federal Reserve Meet outcome expected later in the day, reports said.
Some of the stocks that reported gain on Wednesday were Kotak Mahindra, ITC, Asian Paints, HDFC, HDFC Bank and Zee Entertainment while Vedanta, HCL Tech, HUL, Sun Pharma, Tata Steel, ICICI Bank, SBI, Hindalco and Idea Cellular were some of the stocks that declined
