Indian Market: Rupee down 21 paise against USD
Mumbai/UNI: The Rupee on Friday tumbled down by 21 paise to 75.20 against the US Dollar on account of rising demand for the US Dollar by bankers, importers and dealers at the Forex Market said.
The local unit that fell by 19 paise to 75.18 in early trade, finished at 75.20, sliding by 21 paise as compared to its last close.
The Rupee registered its intra days high and low at 75.25 and 74.94 respectively, he added.
The Rupee remained under pressure because of strong Dollar against other world currencies, they added.
