Indian Market: Sensex down 440.76 pts

Mumbai/UNI: The BSE Sensex on Friday lost another 440.76 points to settle at 50,405.32 as heavy selling was seen in Metal, Industrials, Telecom and Power stocks.

The Nifty too declined by 142.65 points to 14,938.10.

The Sensex registered the days high and low at 50,886.19 and 50,160.54 points respectively.

The Nifty recorded the days high and low at 15,092.35 and 14,862.20 points.
