Indian Market: Sensex down 586.66 points

Mumbai/UNI: The BSE Sensex on Monday dropped 586.66 points to settle at 52,553.40 on weak global cues.

The Nifty too fell by 171 points to 15,752.40.

The Sensex registered day's high and low at 52,821.17 and 52,405.89 points respectively.

The Nifty recorded day's high and low at 15,836.90 and 15,707.50 points respectively.
