Indian Market: Sensex jumps 1028.17 points

Mumbai/UNI: The benchmark Index of Bombay Stock Exchange on Tuesday surged 1028.17 points

to 29,468.49 tracking the gain in global Market amid fresh buying in Energy, FMCG and Oil and Gas stocks.

The Nifty of National Stock Exchange too rose 316.65 pts to 8597.15.

The Sensex registered intra-day high and low at 29,770.88 and 28,667.36 respectively.

The Nifty recorded intra-day high and low at 8678.30 and 8358.00 respectively.
