Indian Market: Sensex rally 629.91 pts

Mumbai: The BSE Sensex on Wednesday advanced 629.91 pts at 55,397.53 following gains in IT, Technology, FMCG and Metal stocks.

The Nifty of National Stock Exchange (NSE) too rose 180.30 pts at 16,520.85.

The sensex registered days high and low at 55,630.26 and 55,298.23 pts respectively.

The Nifty recorded days high and low at 16,588 and 16,490.95 respectively.
