Indian market: Sensex slips by 97.92 pts

Mumbai/UNI:  The BSE Sensex on Monday slipped by 97.92 points to settle at 38,756.63 on profit booking by local operators at higher level.

The Nifty of National Stock Exchange too declined by 43.40 points at 11,421.05 points.

The Sensex registered days high and low at 39,230.16 and 38,573.17 points respectively.

The Nifty recorded days high and low at 11,568.90 and 11,383.55 points respectively.
