Indian markets falls, Sensex closes nearly 500 points down

Mumbai, Feb 9 (IBNS): The Indian market witnessed another fall on Monday with the BSE Sensex dropping by nearly 500 points.

At the end of the day, the BSE Sensex was down by 490.52 points to stand at 28227.39.

The Nifty closed the day's trade on red as it slipped down by 134.70 points to stand at 8,526.35 points.
