Indian Rupee down 56 paise against USD
Mumbai/UNI: The Rupee on Monday heavily down by 56 paise to 75.68 against the US Dollar in opening session on rising demand for US dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at Forex Market said.
The local unit was seen on firm Dollar against other world currencies alongwith sliding equity market in opening trade.
The domestic unit registered intra days high and low at 75.14 and 75.65 respectively.
