Indian Rupee falls 7 paise against USD
Mumbai/UNI: Rupee on Tuesday opened on a weak note at 76.31, down by seven paise against the US dollar on rising demand for US dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at Forex Market said.
With yesterday's 21 paise gain, the local unit slipped on the firm dollar against other world currencies despite strong opening in the stock market.
The domestic unit registered intraday high and low at 76.34 and 76.23, respectively.
