Indian Rupee falls by 2 paise to 71.73 against USD
Mumbai/UNI: The Rupee on Monday fell marginally two paise to 71.73 against the US Dollar on rising demand for US Dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at the Forex Market.
Minor fluctuation was seen during the day as the local unit eased by 2 paise to 71.73 and closed at opening level only at 71.73 as compared to its last close.
The domestic unit was weak on firm Dollar against other world currencies, they added.
The local unit recorded day's high and low at 71.74 and 71.60 respectively.
