India's factory output slows in September to 3.80 pct

New Delhi, Nov 10 (IBNS): Indian's factory output has slowed down in September to stand at 3.80 per cent, as per the government data released on Friday.

It was 4.46 per cent in August, the government data said.

" The General Index for the month of September 2017 stands at 122.7, which is 3.8 percent higher as compared to the level in the month of September 2016. The cumulative growth for the period April-September 2017 over the corresponding period of the previous year stands at 2.5 percent," read a statement issued by the government.
