Maruti Suzuki India sells 394571 units in the quarter April-June

New Delhi, July 1 (IBNS):Car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki India Limited, leader in passenger vehicles, on Saturday said it sold a total of 394571 units in the quarter April-June 2017, growing 13.2% over the same period of last fiscal.

This includes 368431 units in the domestic market, reflecting a growth of 14.3% over April-June 2016.

Export during the quarter ending June 2017 was 26140 units, it said.

The company sold a total of 106394 units in June 2017, reflecting a growth of 7.6% over June 2016.

Sales in June 2017 include 93263 units in the domestic market and 13131 units of exports. The Company had sold a total of 98840 units in June 2016, the company said in a statement.
