National Company Law Tribunal to take up Jet Airways case from June 20

Mumbai, June 19 (UNI): The bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) here on Wednesday said that the hearing on the insolvency plea, filed by the the consortium of 26 bankers led by the State Bank of India (SBI),will begin from June 20.

The pilots and engineers unions of the grounded airline reportedly appealed to the NCLT for including them as parties to the scheduled hearings.

Jet Airways owes payment dues of more than Rs 10,000 crore to its vendors besides salary dues of over Rs 3,000 crore.
