Parle products launches 'Mexitos'

New Delhi, Oct 13 (IBNS): Biscuit and confectionary manufacturer Parle Products has announced the launch of 'Mexitos' – a new brand in the Nacho chips segment.

With the launch of Mexitos Parle aims to conquer both market share and mindshare in the premium snacking category.

Commenting on the new range of chips, B Krishna Rao, Deputy Marketing Manager, Parle Products said, “Currently Indian consumers’ exposure to nacho chips is limited to multiples & few restaurants there is an increasing demand for Mexican cuisine in our country. We did an extensive research on what our customers want and are proud to present Mexitos Nacho chips. We are looking to tap this market with Mexitos Nacho chips – ‘The Original Mexican Recipe. This is a unique product under our snacks portfolio, it will facilitate the role of a category builder across the nation.”

Parle Mexitos is available across India at convenient price points of Rs 20 & Rs. 50, Rs 20 pack is also available in Lari, Chains.
