Petrol prices continue to rise, touch Rs. 88.67 in Mumbai

Mumbai, Sept 14 (IBNS): The prices of petrol continued to rise on Friday as it has touched Rs. 88.67/litre in Mumbai, media reports said.

In Delhi, the petrol prices are Rs. 81.28/litre.

A litre of petrol will cost Rs. 84.49/litre in Chennai and Rs. 83.14/litre in Kolkata.

The diesel prices also rose to new highs on Friday.

One litre of diesel can be bought at Rs. 73.30, Rs. 77.82, Rs. 77.49 and Rs. 75.15 in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata respectively.
