Rupee falls further by 0.82%, touches lowest point in a year

Mumbai: The Indian rupee fell further on Monday touching the lowest point in a year, media reports said.

The value of rupee against the US dollar fell by 0.82%.

The value of a rupee is now 72.24 per one US dollar.

This is the first time in 2019 the rupee has breached the 72 mark.
