Mumbai, Aug 23 (UNI) The Rupee on Friday rose by 11 paise to 71.70 in early trade on fresh selling of US Dollars by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Forex Market said.
Sliding by 25 paise on Thursday, the local increased by 11 paise to 71.70 because of weak Dollar against other world currencies along with rebounding equity market in early trade today.
The domestic unit recorded intra day high and low at 72.05 and 71.70 respectively, they added.
