SanDisk-Teleperformance bags Best Outsourcing Partner award from Contact Centre World
Gurgaon, June 26 (IBNS) Teleperformance India, a member of the US$3.23 billion Teleperformance Group - global leader in customer experience management - has been awarded the 'Best Outsourcing Partner' award by Contact Centre World, a worldwide association focused on propagating best practices in the BPO industry.
The award recognizes Teleperformance’s exceptional track record in customer satisfaction for SanDisk, a global leader in flash storage solutions.
“The award recognizes a strong commitment of Teleperformance teams to achieve enhanced customer satisfaction to match SanDisk’s distinctly superior products and service levels. This recognition will spur us to deliver even better customer experience to our marquee clients,” says Sanjay Mehta, Managing Director, Teleperformance India.
“The teams seamlessly aligned the vision of two the brands - SanDisk and Teleperformance - that allowed us as outsourcing partners to deliver enhanced customer experience at every given opportunity,” Mehta added.
Three Contact Centres of Teleperformance provide technical support and trouble-shooting services in 15 languages for US-based SanDisk, a global leader in flash storage solutions. In addition, it manages an online tech forum in four languages.
Over 100 outsourcing firms from Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines and Singapore participated in the award process where an eminent jury from the industry made the final pick.
Speaking at the award ceremony earlier in Singapore Raj Wadhwani, President, Contact Centre World said, “The best outsourcing partnership award that recognises a strong relationship between SanDisk and Teleperformance India…worthy of emulation by the rest of the industry.”
