Skype suffers worldwide outage

New York, Sept 21 (IBNS) Users across the world faced troubles as internet-calling, video and text service Skype suffered an outage Monday.

Skype is Microsoft Corp's online telephone and video service.

The company said it is trying to fix the trouble.

"We are working to fix an issue which is preventing some users from logging in & using Skype. We apologize for any inconvenience," read Skype's official Twitter page.
