Vodafone India unveils Super Network Operations Centre

Mumbai, June 18 (IBNS): Telecommunication service provider Vodafone India Ltd. has unveiled a Super Network Operations Centre (SNOC) and Super Network Experience Centre (SNEC) in Pune on Wednesday.
The SNOC provides an insight into the workings of Vodafone’s 120,000+ sites that enable network coverage across 22 circles remotely under one roof. 
 
Spread across 40,000 sq. feet with a housing capacity of 600, the SNOC is equipped with ultramodern amenities such as CO2 monitoring system, specialized photo-hydro ionization (PHI) cells with modern access control and energy efficient fixtures
 
Speaking about the benefits of SNOC, Vishant Vora, Director –Technology, Vodafone India said “SNOC is a realization of Vodafone India’s vision to create a world class facility that sets apart its technology capabilities. Our SNOC lets us proactively measure and improve customer experience and service quality in real time. It is also a single source of truth for the health of our network. We have also for the first time brought alive the benefits of telecom and IT convergence in this center. We are very proud to unveil this capability today.”
 
The Super Network Experience Centre (SNEC) enables enterprise customers to experience the world of latest and emerging business communication solutions that can help them to better Communicate, Collaborate and Connect, the company said in a statement. 
 
It has on display  the complete suite of Total Communication Solutions comprising of Wireline and Mobility offerings Machine to Machine Solutions and more hosted in a high-tech, futuristic zone ambience. 
 
Customers can undertake their experiential journey via an engaging combination of interactive presentations and innovative live demonstrations followed by through discussions with domain experts. 
 
This helps them to identify and discuss their evolving communication requirements. 
 
The Vodafone Business Service’s team of technology and relevant industry experts accordingly develops customised solutions which are presented via an enriching brand experience.
