Kolkata/IBNS: CK Birla Hospitals-CMRI & BMB has commenced off-campus vaccination drives.

CK Birla Hospitals has tied up with three corporate houses such as Reliance Insurance, Balmer Lawrie Co Ltd. and Orient Electric. Employees of these organizations along with their family members have taken their first dose of Covid-jab.

A vaccination camp has also been arranged at the residential complex, Greenfield City Maheshtala.

Unlike the previous situation, now people are on their toes to get vaccines to curb the threat.

Dr. Simmardeep Gill, the COO of CK Birla Hospitals, says, “The fundamental motto of this extensive drive by CK Birla Hospitals is to vaccinate maximum number of people in Kolkata at a time with proper Covid protocol.

"Amidst this rising vaccine demand, we are boosting our initiatives to reach out to people beyond our hospital premises. Now that the vaccine supply has resumed, we are hopeful inoculating the maximum number of recipients.

"We are keeping an optimistic approach that these drives will encourage more officials from corporate houses and residential complexes to come forward.”
