India records 69,921 new COVID-19 cases
New Delhi: India on Tuesday recorded 69,921 new COVID-19 cases and 819 deaths, the Ministry of Health released data revealed.
The death toll due to the disease now stands at 65288.
With the fresh rise in cases, the overall tally has now reached nearly 3.7 million.
There are 785,996 active cases in the country at present.
The country has also witnessed 2.83 million recoveries so far.
