India records 8,013 new cases due to COVID-19 in past 24 hours
New Delhi: India recorded 8,013 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, marking yet another day of decline in daily count, as per data released by the Ministry of Health on Monday.
During the same period, 119 people lost their lives due to the deadly virus.
India's active caseload currently stands at 1,02,601.
Active cases stand at 0.24 percent.
Recovery Rate currently at 98.56 percent.
16,765 recoveries were recorded in the past 24 hours.
Country's daily positivity rate now stands at 1.11 percent.
