India registers 1,685 new COVID-19 cases in past 24 hours, 83 deaths
New Delhi: India registered 1,685 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours as the daily positivity rate touched 0.24 percent, as per data released by the Ministry of Health on Friday.
During the same period, 83 people died due to the virus.
India's Active caseload currently stands at 21,530.
Active cases stand at 0.05 percent.
Recovery Rate currently at 98.75 percent.
2,499 recoveries from the disease were recorded in the past 24 hours.
