India registers 6,396 new COVID-19 cases in past 24 hours
New Delhi: India registered 6,396 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours as the daily positivity rate declined to 0.69 percent, as per data released by the Ministry of Health on Friday.
During the same period, 201 people died due to the viral infection.
India's active caseload currently stands at 69,897.
Country's active cases stands at 0.16 percent.
Recovery Rate currently stands at 98.64 percent.
13,450 recoveries were registered in the past 24 hours.
