Japan's Izu Islands hit by 5.2-magnitude quake

Tokyo/Xinhua: An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.2 jolted Izu Islands, Japan region at 10:31:23 GMT on Saturday, the US Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 31.171 degrees north latitude and 141.7664 degrees east longitude.
