Kolkata experiences coldest day of the season
Kolkata, Dec 26 (IBNS) Kolkata experienced the coldest day of the season as the mercury dropped to 11.4 degrees Celsius on Friday, three notches below normal.
The maximum temperature recorded on the day was 23.5 degrees Celsius.
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) said the minimum temperature in the city will be 12 degrees Celsius while the maximum temperature will be at 26 degrees Celsius.
