Maharashtra: Teen girl tests COVID-19 positive in Sangli
Sangli/UNI: A 17-year-old girl, kin of a COVID-19 positive patient, on Saturday, was found to be infected from the contagion in Kavathe-Mahankal tehsil of this district, stated Collector Abhijeet Chaudhari.
Including the teenage girl, the swab samples of two persons, who came into contact with the pandemic patient, were sent for testing.
The report confirmed that the girl has contracted the contagious disease.
Now, this district's pandemic count stands at five with one fatality while 26 persons have been cured, he apprised.
