Los Angeles, June 4 (IBNS): Clad in a bikini, a grandmother has set new standards of staying in shape and in good health.

Carolyn Hartz's ageless gorgeous pictures are going viral on social media.

She is seen showcasing her toned and well maintained body in several pictures shared on social media to make people inspire taking her path of keeping healthy.

70-year-old Australian has claimed that  excluding white refined sugar from her diet is the secret behind her fit body.

She has also given importance to good sleep behind maintaining a healthy life.

She told Daily Mail: "I have done this for most of my life and now the research shows that it is essential for good health to get this number of hours,"
