She is seen showcasing her toned and well maintained body in several pictures shared on social media to make people inspire taking her path of keeping healthy.

70-year-old Australian has claimed that  excluding white refined sugar from her diet is the secret behind her fit body.

She has also given importance to good sleep behind maintaining a healthy life.

She told Daily Mail: "I have done this for most of my life and now the research shows that it is essential for good health to get this number of hours,"
