This is for the first time that such a big festival of short stories is being organised by JKAACL In this 7- day festival, writers of Dogri, Hindi, Punjabi, Gojri, Pahari and Kashmiri languages will present their short stories. The festival will feature senior writers along with young budding writers of J&K, reported The Daily Excelsior.

The event was inaugurated by Padamshree Jitender Udhampuri by lighting of ceremonial lamp, in the presence of Padamshree Mohan Singh, Om Goswami and Bharat Singh, Secretary JKAACL.

At the outset, Bharat Singh, Secretary JKAACL, said that the festival has begun with Dogri Language conference as it is the most prominent language of the region.
