137 Air India flights delayed today after Saturday's software shutdown

New Delhi, Apr 28 (IBNS): About 137 Air India flights are likely to get delayed on Sunday following the five-hour shut down of the national carrier's server system SITA on Saturday morning.

According to reports, the average duration of delay of the Air India flights would be of 197 minutes.

Air India's flight operations are affected across India and abroad since Saturday morning.

The server was down from 3:30 am.

Thousands of Air India passengers were stranded in airports across the world on Saturday.

On Saturday itself, 149 flights were delayed as a result of the software shutdown.
