New Delhi/IBNS: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Raghav Chadha on Saturday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and described their interaction as "detailed and enriching".

Chadha, who switched from the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) to the BJP earlier this year, shared pictures from his meeting with the Prime Minister on X.

Posting moments from the meeting, Chadha wrote, "A morning I will cherish. Had the privilege of meeting Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji. A detailed and enriching interaction."

"Deeply grateful for his generous time and for the opportunity to benefit from his insights and guidance," he added.

The meeting comes amid Chadha's increasing visibility in the BJP following his move from the AAP.

Chadha's stand on NEET paper leak

Chadha has also recently spoken out on the NEET paper-leak controversy and student protests.

During a Rajya Sabha intervention, Chadha criticised attempts to turn the students' agitation into a political battle and argued that the issue was fundamentally about merit and the integrity of competitive examinations.

He said the students' movement was not about bringing back any "flop political party", but about the struggle between "merit and mafia" and "hard work and setting".

Chadha had earlier demanded a Supreme Court-monitored Special Investigation Team (SIT) probe into the NEET paper leak, accusing the government of failing students and calling for those responsible to be held accountable.

The NEET controversy has continued to trigger political reactions and student protests, with investigations into the alleged leak also underway.
