New Delhi, May 13 (UNI): Metropolitan magistrate Viplav Dabas, on Monday, after hearing a complaint case filed by East Delhi Aam Aadmi Party leader Atishi Marlena against cricketer-turned-politician Gautam Gambhir in a two ID case, directed her to file the concerned documents and record before summoning evidence before the court by May 31.

Marlena had filed a complaint case against Bharatiya Janata Party's East Delhi Lok Sabha candidate Gambhir for allegedly having his name registered in two Assembly constituencies, Rajender Nagar and Karol Bagh. The court had reserved its order for maintainability of the case.

After hearing, the magistrate said the court was not satisfied with the locus standi of the complainant as no documents were attached to prove the allegations and then directed the plaintiff to complete the documents.

The magistrate further directed Ms Marlena to file records in support of her complaint and for pre summoning evidence and set May 31 for further hearing.
