After shocking execution of 17-year-old, terrorists kill another in Kashmir

Srinagar, Nov 18 (IBNS): Barely 48 hours after the shocking murder of a teenage schoolboy in Kashmir, terrorists on Saturday executed another 19-year-old youth in Shopian district, media reports said.

The victim, identified as Huzaif Kuttay, is a baker from the nearby Kulgam district.

He was abducted along with four others by the  terrorists from various villages across the district on Saturday morning.

While two were released after questioning, the other three were held in captivity.

Kuttay's body was recovered from an orchard in Hermain village on Saturday evening.

The incident comes two days after a 17-year-old youth was abducted from a village in Shopian and killed by militants in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

The youth’s bullet-riddled body was found in Pulwama’s Niklora village.

According to reports, the act was carried out since terrorists suspected that he was aiding the security agencies.

A video of the incident also went viral on the social media.

Former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah condemned Kuttay's murder on Twitter and wrote: "Another dastardly killing of a young man, and this time the terrorists slit his throat. This barbarism has no place in our society. No struggle, no matter how lofty the claims to justify it, can condone this inhuman behaviour."
